To be clear, we will not provide refunds for the reasons listed below. Note that this is not an extensive list, and refunds will not be given for any reason unless expressly specified in this policy. In cases when a refund is not an option, we may give store credit at our discretion.
- You were under the impression that you were purchasing a textbook.
- You believe the test bank or solution manual is lacking in material, for example, you were searching for short answer questions but the test bank only has multiple choice questions. This is one of the reasons we include a sample chapter with every test bank we sell; the sample should clear up any ambiguity about the contents of the test bank.
- Your expectations were not met by the test bank.
- You bought the incorrect edition.
- The compressed file(s) or individual chapter files stored inside are not able to be opened. If the problem is found to be on our end, we will replace the files or, at our option, refund the purchase price. Otherwise, you are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary software to open and view the files. However, we realize that technology is not a perfect science, so should you run into any problems, we are always happy to assist you.
